Wendy Martinez is a Top-producing Realtor® & Founder of The Martinez Group (TMG).

She began her real estate career in her 20's, with a drive & determination. With over 2 decades serving So Cal, she made an immediate impact closing-over $8.5M her 1st year in one of history's most challenging markets, earning Rookie of the Year, Diamond Circle Club, and Top Producer recognition.

Wendy's passion for real estate began after buying her 1st home at 23 and recognizing the need for stronger client advocacy. She leads through mentorship & accountability, with TMG proudly serving a diverse, multilingual community. 

In a declining market, Wendy became a Certified REO Listing Agent in 2008 through OneWest and IndyMac Bank earning SFR and ePro designations, leveraging technology & digital marketing to deliver results in any market. Wendy runs her business with unmatched negotiation skills, strategy, and service, operating with integrity, honesty, and hands-on communication. 

She credits her strong work ethic to her immigrant parents with gratitude, uses her journey to help families build generational wealth and achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

Wendy is deeply grateful for the mentors God has aligned her with throughout her journey, who share the same family-centered values and commitment to excellence in business. Born and raised in LA County, she is married to her high school sweetheart, a proud mother of 4, and an active community leader. When she is not working, she loves her family time at Disney or making memories in their cabin.
